Deliveries

Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment, within 24 hours for orders placed from Monday to Friday – unless the product is out of stock. We do not guarantee the processing of orders placed over the weekend during the weekend.

The delivery time varies depending on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. However, the maximum delivery time is 8 days.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by reasons beyond Loja da Tesoura’s control.

 

Shipping Fees

With the exception of properly marked free shipping campaigns, the shipping fee will have an associated cost starting at €5 for Portugal.

 

Returns

The customer has the right to return an order if the received product is damaged or does not conform to what was ordered. The return can be made within 14 days after delivery.

Products are always delivered in their original packaging. If you wish to return the product, do not damage the packaging. Loja da Tesoura reserves the right not to accept a return if the product or its packaging is damaged or modified. If you wish to make a return, the product must not have been used and all accessories that were sent with it must also be returned.

If your return is accepted, the payment and shipping fees will be refunded. The refund method will depend on the payment method used when the order was placed.

If a customer wishes to return an order, the shipping costs will be borne by them. To proceed with a return, contact us through our email.
